Whether you are mourning the death of a loved one, severed relationships, the loss of dreams, or more, this retreat will provide an opportunity for you to heal and grow. Experientially focused, it will include many options for processing grief, such as art and music, movement, prayer and meditation, and time in nature. Learn practices that you can continue at times when your hearts are heavy.
