Sound Mind Project is a choir dedicated to supporting the mental health of youth in our community— see a fuller description below. Join them the afternoon of December 8th, at Nativity Lutheran Church in St. Anthony, for a wonderful concert. There is a suggested donation of $25, and a portion of the proceeds will support Northeast Youth and Family Services.

The Sound Mind Project, founded in 2022, is a community choir that seeks to raise awareness and funds to support causes that directly work with youth in need of mental health support. 

​For many youth, it seems impossible to turn off the thoughts that cast a shadow over their already overwhelming lives. Anxiety, depression, or other challenges might feel like a constant pain that won’t go away, trapping young people and making them feel powerless. So many aren’t sure how or where to seek help – or a listening ear.

The Sound Mind Project hopes to be a voice for these youth. Through our music and the donations we receive at our concerts, we seek to raise awareness and support for the mental health needs of youth in our communities.
